Website enquiries
Beyond The Game Coaching Academy is operated by Marc Jackson as a sole trader. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, contact details, your child’s age, the type of coaching you are interested in and your preferred contact method.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, recommend a suitable session and take steps at your request before you decide whether to join. Please do not submit medical, diagnostic or other sensitive information through the website form.
Marketing
We will only send marketing emails where you have actively selected the optional marketing box. Making an enquiry does not require marketing consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Keeping information safe
Enquiry information is access-controlled and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry management, safeguarding accountability and legal obligations.
